Sole Proprietor, Graphics & Multimedia Designer, Creative Director
2002  -2005, 2010 - Present

Started MicoVision Interactive, a small yet effective micro-advertising and design agency with the brains of an information technology consultancy to cater to a new wave of inovative small businesses, non-profits and start-ups by providing a unique and agile approach information technology, advertising and marketing. 

Current responsibilities consists of:

  • Lead a team of freelance designers and other consultants
  • Design and Develop websites, marketing materials
  • Utilize social media and analytics to drive the design and development
  • Design and Develop Information Technology infrastructure
  • Develop Business, create sales structures and assist in the sales process
  • Storyboard, edit videos and direct video shoots
  • Record Voice Overs



Technology Assistance Coordinator
Sept 2011 - Feb 2012

Provided seasonal support in TAC (Technology Assistance Center) for Victoria Secret, Bath and Body Works, La Senza, Henri Bendel and CO Bigelow. Supported Windows based corporate applications (Peoplesoft, AS400, Oracle), retail applications and mobile devices.


Freelance Graphics & Multimedia Designer
Dec 2005-Sept 2006, Dec 2010 - Feb 2011

Served as a Freelancer for the Creative Group (Robert Half International) on contract with various agencies of different sizes including Weber & Associates and PPA Graphics.

Current responsibilities consists of:

  • Served as Interim Director of Web Services at Ohio Weslayan University during a 9 month term from December 2005 through September of 2006
  • Design & Create Internal Presentations and training Materials (Powerpoint / Adobe IIllustrator) 
  • Design Graphics and Artwork (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Build and Edit Websites (Wordpress / Joomla / ModX, Adobe Dreamweaver) 



Data Spacialist
August 2010 - October 2010

Process student rosters into McGraw Hill's ConnectED system, identify errors in processing and streamline processes using Excel to format data and prevent errors. Seasonal assignment through Robert Half International as a consultant.



Membership Support Analyst
May 2009-Feb 2010

Provide second level assistance to membership/retention specialists and take escalated calls if necessary.



Representative / Trainer / Manager
Aug 2005 - Feb 2009

Started as a tech support representative on the Verizon DSL project before serving as an Internal Support Analyst. Temporarily assigned to Accenture/AT&T to mentor and train agents for AT&T High Speed DSL in Argentina for a month and a half. Selected as part of the test group for Verizon Premium Tech Support before being transfered to Verizon FiOS for Fiber Optic communications support. Later became a trainer then a supervisor during the DSL to FiOS migration of the Teleperformance Columbus call center.
